Now is the fun part. Telling the world about your new website. We can show you how or help do it for you.

On-Line & Off-Line Marketing

During the initial 1 hour meet and greet (online, phone, or in person), we do all we can to get a clear picture of what you expect the website to look like in terms of design and content. Any content you can provide (text, pictures, etc.) would be most helpful as your words and passion is always easier to sell than our interpretation. We then research your competitors to see what they are using in terms of design, content, and search engine optimization. We then use both of these resources to put a customized design together that allows you to stand tall next to and yet apart from your competition.
When the initial design is finished, we will send you a link to where the site is temporarily published. Often, we find that it is easier to modify and change what you can see rather than what you cannot. Any changes you see that need to be made to the first draft, we will be more than happy to make (if possible and reasonable). It is our goal to have the site approved and ready to publish within 1 or 2 rounds of revisions. Upon final approval (hopefully within 30 days of initial contact), the site will be published to the host of your choice (usually within 24 hours after receipt of final payment) under your own account (we will need this account info from you), rendered "live" and then it is ready to market.
If you do not currently have hosting (including email), or need to change hosting, we can set this up for you (including securing and / or transferring the domain name if need be). Again, we just need to know who you want to host with (we can give suggestions) as well as contact and payment info. It is usually best to ensure we have this info and that hosting is set up and ready to go at some point prior to final payment (as final approval of the site) is received - just so that there are no last minute issues to fix.
After the site is live, we will even provide changes up to 14 days after publish at no charge. After that, updates can be made at $60 per hour. Quite often, each simple update will take no more than 15 minutes - a very reasonable price for your peace of mind.
Once per year, we will automatically update your website with the newest version of our software to keep the website code current. This also updates the copyright date so your customers know you are actively in business. We then submit the website to the search engines to refresh your status with them as currently active. We will also provide website performance reports which will list traffic via Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools, as well as on-page / off-page seo. This allows you to know how your website is performing so you can make informed marketing decisions moving forward. Cost = $60 annually.
We also provide other marketing services (such as local search engine marketing, social media posts, and other online marketing resources / industry specific directories etc.). If not already purchased, we will then ask if you'd like to complete your online presence with one of these options. No obligation.
